  History - The original company, C. P. Morgan Company,  began Letter of Credit operations in June 1992, specializing in usance Documentary Letters of Credit, and became Internet based under the d.b.a. AVG Trade Group in June 1998.  The company was bought by E. C. Services Corporation (Escrow.com) in April of 2000, and purchased back by the original owners in May 2001.  The eTrade Finance Platform (eTFP) went online 1 May 2002, and completed its' first Export Transaction Financing (ETF) transaction in October 2002. www.InterNetLC.com  went online 1 January 2003 to support the eTFP and ETF products. 

  Organization
- InterNetLC.com, LLC is located in La Jolla, California.  The company is organized as a co-operative among its independent consultants.

  Biographies
 

  John W. Dunlop, Chief Executive Officer

John Dunlop is CEO of InterNetLC.com, LLC.  InterNetLC.com provides the eTrade Finance Platform™ as a open source web service for online eUCP Letter of Credit and trade finance transactions.  The company also provides pre-shipment working capital to exporters through their Export Transaction Financing™ program.  InterNetLC.com has been awarded an Export Achievement Certificate for accomplishments in the Global Marketplace by the US Commercial Service.

Mr. Dunlop was past Director of International Services for an Internet eCommerce company established through the funding alliance of MicroGeneral, Chase Manhattan Bank, VerticalNet, Softbank and others. This experience bought Mr. Dunlop into contact with the new eUCP international standards for Letters of Credit that allow the presentation of documents over the Internet.  This concept will  revolutionize trade transactions by reducing the cost, time and complexity to a fraction of present values. In addition to designing online trade finance capabilities for international banks, he also developed proprietary Internet-based software systems and applications related to global trade finance incorporating digital signatures.  Mr. Dunlop's experience includes engineering, operations and marketing management positions with Teledyne Ryan Electronics, Pacific Southwest Airlines, Thornwater International, Galaxie Management and Eastern Airlines and service in the US Army as a company commander in Vietnam.  Mr. Dunlop graduated from the University of Notre Dame in aerospace engineering.  Resume.

 Sally E. Johnson

Ms. Johnson is the independent consultant responsible for the Sales and Marketing for InterNetLC.com.  She is also the Interim CEO for InterNetLC-UK.com in order to promote the joint venture, which is arguably the most important overseas relationship to the global success of the fledgling organization. 

Ms. Johnson first became acquainted with John Dunlop and the world of international trade while representing the California Trade & Commerce Agency and the California Chamber of Commerce, preparing their NAFTA and GATT textbooks.  In 2003 this friendship resulted in her joining InterNetLC.com. Part of Ms. Johnson’s strategy to introduce both InterNetLC.com and InterNetLC-UK.com has been to participate in the British-American Business Council.  She lives in San Diego, California, where she is actively involved in both the San Diego and Los Angeles branches. 

She was born in Surrey; educated in Sussex, and attended what is now the University of Southwest England in Torquay, Devon, majoring in the Hospitality Industry and Business. After some years doing public relations in the London fashion industry, Ms. Johnson was transferred to the New York office of Joseph Bancroft & Sons to act as their European Fashion Coordinator.  Two years at Conde Nast Publications (Vogue and House & Garden magazines) taught her about cooperative marketing, publishing and advertising.  In 1970 she moved to San Francisco and spent 20 years fulfilling a variety of sales, marketing and public relations roles for a 401(c)3 non-profit foundation.  She has family living near Windsor, Exeter and Edinburgh in the United Kingdom, who she likes to visit as often as possible, in the summer.

  Klaus P. Schryen

Educated in Wuppertal, Germany, Klaus joined the International Trade Division of Commerzbank AG in 1972.  He worked in their Frankfurt, London, Hong Kong, Munich, New York and Chicago offices.  Klaus' corporate days ended in 1999; after months of rehabilitation from a car accident, he decided to move to San Diego, volunteer for the UCSD Burn Center as well as the Burn Institute and take life a little easier.  Now Klaus represents InterNetLC.com throughout Los Angeles and Orange Country, teaches International Business at Southwestern Community College, Chula Vista, is an export consultant at their Small Business Development & International Trade Center (CITD), and on weekends works at two Temecula wineries.

Anne Egan

Ms. Egan has provided international Letter of Credit management, transaction, and documentation services since July 1992.  Previous experience includes international air and ocean transportation, and custom house brokerage.  She has held sales and management positions with Flying Tigers, Burlington Air Express, Consolidated Freightways, LEP International, Matson Navigation and Sealand.

  Elizabeth Turner

Elizabeth Turner is the Vice President of International Business Development for InterNetLC.com. Ms. Turner has 15 years experience in international business development, trade, and management consulting. Her experience includes ten years  working overseas in the Asia Pacific region. Upon returning to the United States she co-founded an international executive training firm, AmerAsia, providing senior level executives and officials from China western management and financial training and an international trade company that specialized in exporting petrochemical equipment to China.  Prior to joining InterNetLC.com she was the Vice President of Business Development, for a large US financial and management consulting firms. Ms. Turner is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

  Javier Alverde

Mr. Alverde his proven abilities in international marketing and management. He is a versatile, trilingual executive with over 15 years of commerce achievements and educating top executives in multinational and international corporations in alternative business methods. Mr. Alverde has studied in three different countries and traveled to over 36 countries, allowing him to  incorporate methods and strategies that few industries normally explore. Mr. Alverde has served in the roles of Founder, President, Board Member, CEO, Investor and Consultant in various industries where he has gained substantial abilities to analyze business situations with great versatility. He is an effective problem solver with expert multi-tasking abilities.

Rita Vallinoto

Ms Vallinoto is a marketing professional with extensive experience in international, consumer products and entertainment.  Her most recent position was with Mattel, Inc. as a Marketing Manager for the Latin America market and the U.S. market in Puerto Rico.  Responsibilities included managing a product line of 300+ SKUs that generated $14.5 million in sales revenue, developed strategies and utilized an advertising and promotional budget of $1.2 million for 20 countries.  Prior to Mattel, she worked with Paramount Pictures Home Video Department, as a liaison between the Los Angeles home office and a French Canadian office.  While working as a certified Paralegal for a trademark and patent law firm she obtained her Master Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.   She is also Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and conversant in French and has traveled extensively throughout the world including Europe, Caribbean, Central and South America. She lived in Switzerland, Haiti, Panama, Colombia, El Salvador, and Brazil currently making California my home.

Gary comes to InterNetLC with over ten years experience in the banking and finance industry.  His primary function with InterNetLC is locating and implementing financing from various funding sources dealing with international Letters of Credit.  Coming from Michigan, Gary has lived in San Diego since 1978.  He has a BS Degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University.

Jimmy E. Okoli

Jimmy Eras. Okoli started his career with Programmics International Inc., a Hong Kong registered and Los Angeles based Export Management Company, as their CEO in 1985.  In 1992, when the company moved back to Hong Kong, Mr. Okoli joined The American Exporters Association to head the organization as the Director.  Also, Mr. Okoli is the current CEO for Viscount Group, LLC, a subsidiary of Viscount Petroleum, LLC, which is actively involved in Crude Oil and refined petroleum product sales and trading.  Mr. Okoli has a B.Sc. in Public Affairs and a Masters of Science in Planning and Management from California State University in Los Angeles.
