IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Subscriber License Agreement ("SLA") for InterNetLC.com’s eTrade Finance Platform is a legal agreement between you, the Subscriber (either an individual or a single entity), and InterNetLC.com (ILC) (d.b.a. of AVG Letter of Credit Management, L.L.C.).  The SLA covers the eTrade Finance Platform™ online eTrade Functions, as well as supplemental information that ILC has made available on a subscription basis in this section of the website (each interactive eTrade Function, together with its accompanying supplemental information, is an "eTFP Form").  This SLA supplements the TERMS OF USE associated with the InterNetLC.com website.  By copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using any eTFP Form, you agree to be bound by the terms of this SLA.  Before you can complete your subscription to ILC's eTrade Finance Platform, you must indicate your agreement to be bound by the terms of this SLA by pressing the "I ACCEPT" button at the bottom of this web page.  If you do not agree to the terms of this SLA, do not use any eTFP Forms.  This SLA does not grant you any other rights but for the ones contained herein.

eTFP LICENSE
Each eTFP Form is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.  Each eTFP Form is licensed not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This SLA grants you the right to use any eTFP Form only for its intended purpose in facilitating online trade transactions worldwide.  You may not sell, resell, license, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer for value, an eTFP Form.  You may not distribute an eTFP Form in any stand-alone products that contain only the eTFP Forms, or as part of any other product.  You may not copy or post any eTFP Form on any network computer or broadcast it in any media.

2. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. All title and copyrights in and to the eTFP Forms, and any copies of the eTFP Forms, are owned by ILC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ILC.  In particular, this SLA does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or service marks of ILC.  Use of any eTFP Form for any purpose other than expressly permitted in this SLA is prohibited, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

3. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, ILC may terminate this SLA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this SLA.  In such event, you must destroy all copies of any eTFP Form. 

4. NOTICE SPECIFIC TO eTFP FORMS. ILC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE eTFP FORMS FOR ANY PURPOSE.  ALL eTFP FORMS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  ILC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE eTFP FORMS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ILC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTUOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE eTFP FORMS.

ANY REFERENCES TO EVENTS, PEOPLE, PLACES, OR ENTITIES IN THE eTFP FORMS IS PURELY FICTITIOUS AND NOT INTENDED TO REPRESENT ANY ACTUAL EVENT, PERSON, PLACE, OR ENTITY.  ILC DISCLAIMS ANY LIKENESS OR SIMILARITIES TO ACTUAL EVENTS, PEOPLE, PLACES, OR ENTITIES, AND ANY SUCH LIKENESS OR SIMILARITIES ARE UNINTENTIONAL AND PURELY COINCIDENTAL.

5. MISCELLANEOUS.
