by the buyer’s company by which it lends its credit to
enable him to finance the purchase of goods.
It authorizes the seller to draw drafts on the company against presentation
of stipulated documents in strict compliance with the Trade Credit’s terms
and conditions. The buyer is the
applicant and the seller is the beneficiary of the Trade Credit. The buyer’s company is the
reimbursing entity, and the seller’s buyer's company is the advising and negotiating
entity. eDocumentary Trade Credit Trade Function The eDocumentary
Trade Credit (DTC) is the electronic document equivalent of the Documentary
Trade Credit. It is created using
the same information generated by the buyer’s company. It is used for electronic issue of a
Documentary Trade Credit. |
